WHAT WE DO
Agos Studio believe that for a just, democratic, and equitable society to emerge, the artists of the future should tell new stories, alternative plots, and counter narratives. This doesn’t happen overnight.

Through the three-pronged approach of PLATFORM-EDUCATIONAL HUB-COMMUNITY, Agos Studio allows for the flourishing of conversation, discussion, instruction, debate, and critique, all leading to an expanded worldview and a robust community of art practitioners of all stripes.

The cornerstone of this approach is the mentorship program, fueled by the philosophy of Renato Habulan. This sustained interface between the artists and the master, along with invited speakers, transpires mostly in digital platforms, transcending constraints of time, space, and access.
PROGRAMS
The e-mentoring program, one of Agos Studio many initiatives, was born out of the need to connect during the pandemic and help artists in building a community
Agos Studio aims to produce relevant exhibitions presented both in digital and physical spaces, as well as alternative spaces that would widen the audience of art
Roundtable discussions with artists and art enthusiast about relevant topics that would foster communality in the art industry and help build a principled art eco system
Under the PLATFORM-EDUCATIONAL HUB-COMMUNITY approach, Agos Studio helps artists to:

Visualize, plot, and execute vigorously well-thought-out shows, either solo or group;

Connect with relevant art space (whether mainstream, alternative, or atypical) where they can showcase their works;

Link with designers, curators, writers, and other collaborators to realize their vision;ï‚·

Walk them through the practical and administrative processes of exhibition, such as contracts, budgeting, and art management;

Document their shows through newspaper articles, catalogues, and other relevant literature;ï‚·

Participate in webinars, round-table discussions, and interviews where they can discuss their work;

Join fairs, festivals, and other avenues such as the Agos Studio’s Art Caravan where their works can reach out different sectors of the art market;

Have a consistent online presence through Agos Studio’s website, social media accounts, and other digital assets;

Plan their art careers through a sustainable and long-lasting trajectory;ï‚·

Create a community that will contribute to the shaping of the landscape of the contemporary Philippine visual arts.
